No need to panic, it's just defective side seams on the cans. The company says it was merely "a temporary quality issue from one of our can suppliers." No illnesses or other adverse consequences have been reported.

I heard this news last year. I cannot deny the fact that my family is a fan of "Bush's best" beans, and I was quite worried when I heard the news that there were some defects on their cans. The first thing hat came into my mind was " should we still eat the tock we have in our house?" because there were lot! But since they released a statement instantly after the incident, I feel that there's no need for me to get rid of our supplies because those are still good!
